Emily has an extensive knowledge base, and a wealth of experience that she brings to her psychological therapy sessions. Emily is trained in and utilises the following therapy modalities in her sessions:

Emily also uses her knowledge and training in Attachment Theory when working with young children and adolescents as she is a trained Circle of Security facilitator.
